What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns

At Amad Afeto, we take the time to carefully craft and inspect each piece before it reaches you. Our goal is for every order to meet the quality and standards you expect from us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email us with your order number and a brief message stating that you would like to request a return. All return requests are reviewed and approved by Amad Afeto.

Within 1 business day of submitting your request, you will receive a Return Authorization by email with instructions for completing your return.

Please do not ship an item back before receiving your Return Authorization.

Return Conditions

Once your Return Authorization has been received, please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return:

• Are in their original, unworn condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Include the original packaging and accompanying materials

• Have not been altered, damaged, washed, or used

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved and may be sent back to you.

Additional return instructions will be provided in your Return Authorization email.

Processing Your Return

Once your return shipment has been received by Amad Afeto, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.

If the returned item meets our return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a Refund Confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

If an item is returned damaged or does not meet the conditions outlined above, the return may be denied and the item will be shipped back to you.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return History

To protect the integrity of our return policy, repeated or excessive returns may be reviewed at our discretion and may result in the refusal of future orders or closure of an account.

We appreciate your understanding and the care you take with each Amad Afeto piece.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your item(s). Any orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped next day.

How Long Will It Take For My Made To Order Item to Arrive?

Some Amad Afeto pieces are made to order, allowing each garment to be prepared specifically for you.

Once your order is placed, we begin the production process. Depending on the piece, this may include sourcing and preparing materials, finishing, and a final quality inspection before your order leaves our studio.

Production: 2–4 weeks
Delivery: 2–7 business days after production

Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed as your piece moves from production to final preparation and shipment. Once your order is ready to leave us, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Made to order allows us to produce with intention—creating fewer pieces, using materials thoughtfully, and giving each order the time it deserves.
